These are your responsibilities:

Coordination of specialist trades in construction projects for biogas plants
Management of onsite organization, including work allocation and coordination of individual teams
Planning of construction processes and monitoring of onsite results
Control and evaluation of onsite progress
Measurement and invoice verification of specialist construction trades
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, occupational safety regulations, environmental regulations, and deadlines
Leading and documenting construction meetings
Regular communication and coordination with overall project management on all major technical, cost, and personnelrelated tasks and issues
Point of contact for project managers and clients as onsite contact
Documentation and quality control of work and completed inspections

You bring with you:

Completed engineering degree, technician training, or comparable technical education
Several years of professional experience as a construction engineer in plant construction in responsible positions preferred
Basic knowledge in the field of electrical installation as well as hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge desired
Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations according to VOB (German construction contract procedures) and relevant standards
Business acumen and costconsciousness
Organizational talent and leadership skills
Technical understanding
Residence in the North Brandenburg and South Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania region advantageous
Willingness to travel within Germany on a daily basis required
