Deine Aufgaben:

Anleitung und fachliche Führung der Front Desk Agents in der Ihnen zugewiesenen Schicht nach Hilton Standard

Sicherstellen, dass Ihr Schichtteam über aktuelle Kenntnisse der Hotelprodukte, Dienstleistungen, Preise und Sonderangebote sowie der täglichen VIP- und Veranstaltungen verfügt

Gewährleistung eines lückenlosen Kommunikations- und Informationsflusses

Einhaltung der professionellen Grooming-Standards und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden in verschiedenen Bereichen

Maximierung der Umsatzerlöse durch Up-Selling und Marketingprogramme

Schnelle und effiziente Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen, -anfragen und -beschwerden

Sicherstellen eines exzellenten und überdurchschnittlichen Kundenservices
