Therefore, we are looking for a Supervisor Stewarding (m/f/d) to join our innovative and dynamic team at RMCC Wiesbaden.

Your job:

Fulfillment of logistical requirements for dishes and glassware procurement to ensure smooth operation of daily business with various events
Control of careful and costconscious handling of all materials and assistance with inventories
Training of new employees (m/f/d) and temporary staff
Ensuring quality, hygiene, and highest cleanliness standards
Small preparation tasks, such as setting up and dismantling buffets

What you bring:

Minimum of 23 years of experience in the gastronomy industry, preferably with some leadership experience
In hectic situations, you act calmly and keep an overview
You are characterized by high reliability, commitment, and service orientation
Engaging communication and expression skills in German
