- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Perform soldering and rework tasks on surface-mount and through-hole components.
- Conduct functional testing and inspection of electronic products using specialized equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes, including any modifications or repairs.
- Assist in the development and documentation of assembly procedures and work instructions.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Electronics Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in electronics assembly and testing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong soldering skills and familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.
- Knowledge of electronic components, circuitry, and test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- IPC-A-610 or equivalent certification in electronics assembly.
- Experience with automated test equipment and production software.
