- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Develop sourcing strategies through local/regional job dashboards, social media outlets, educational institutions, and community outreach programs
- Screen resumes against minimum job criteria
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Manage calendar for all hiring teams
- Administer candidate dispositioning throughout the recruiting process
- Create and send out job offers
- Conduct pre-employment administration
- Assist with new hire onboarding process
- 3-5 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or HR professional in a high-volume staffing environment with multi-site scope of responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to meet travel expectation of 25%
- Proven experience hiring industrial or manufacturing type positions.
- Located on the East Coast. NY, ME, VA, or NH, preferred.
- Full recruitment lifecycle experience
- Proficient skills in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems, and other computer-based programs or software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordingly.

Lignetics is developing a portfolio of consumer brands in several different categories including wood pellets for home heating, BBQ pellets for grilling, wood pellets and shavings for animal bedding, and a wood fiber-based cat litter.
