Description
Leisure World is currently seeking a DIPLOMA ENGINEER (M/F/D) (FH) / BACHELOR IN ARCHITECTURE OR STATE-CERTIFIED BUILDING TECHNICIAN (M/F/D) TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT THE STATE BUILDING OFFICE IN BAYREUTH.
THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY AND CAN BE FILLED ON A FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME BASIS.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Conducting technical feasibility studies and cost estimates for new construction projects
- Project management (determining, setting and monitoring deadlines, costs and quality standards)
- Selecting and managing external architecture firms during the various phases of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers)
- Reviewing and verifying design and execution plans
- Participating in the procurement and execution of construction contracts in accordance with VOB (German construction contract procedures)
- Acceptance and settlement of architect, construction and engineering services
- Collaborating with colleagues from the fields of electrical engineering, municipal engineering and mechanical engineering
- Working in a project team to ensure successful project completion.
