We are currently looking for a

Deputy Head (m/f/d) of Physical Therapy

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of training as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in therapeutic work, preferably with leadership experience
  • Passion for working with people and motivation to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational skills and a confident demeanor
  • Your open-mindedness inspires your colleagues and creates a positive work environment
  • As a dedicated therapist (m/f/d), providing treatments is your passion
  • Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting in the professional and organizational management of the interdisciplinary therapeutic team, including planning trainings and vacations
  • Organizational planning of therapy processes in interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Participation in quality management/assurance to further develop and actively shape work processes
  • Support in billing for our outpatient patients
