Join IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians, a top medical group in Muncie, Indiana, as a Physician Leader overseeing a skilled provider team. You'll lead by example, focusing on delivering top-notch clinical care and collaborating with the Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive to enhance operations, meet patient needs, and drive excellence.
This role involves partnering with stakeholders for strategic planning, workforce development, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. You'll also support the education and research missions of Indiana University School of Medicine.
Position Details:
- Physician Leader for Primary Care and Behavioral Health
- Adjunct Faculty appointment with Indiana University School of Medicine
- Schedule: 5 days/week with (.5 FTE) administrative time
Qualifications:
- Mid-career professional (5+ years of experience)
- Board Certified with Fellowship required
- MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible
