Wolcottville Management Trainee Operations (m/w/d) - Full-time - in 80636 Munich, Germany

To support our teams, we are looking for YOU - a Management Trainee Operations (m/w/d). The goal of this one-year training is to prepare you for the operational management of one of our hostels.

We also welcome applications from graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or Hospitality. Join our management team and lead one of our a&o hostels after completing the training.

YOUR JOB

As a trainee in our training program, you will be thoroughly prepared for your future role as a General Manager by spending three months rotating through different areas such as reception, food & beverage, and house management.

After just a few months, you will be given your own areas of responsibility. After your training period, you will complete a six-month phase as an auditor, guest relations manager
