Role Overview:

As a Transaction Concierge with Superior Home Buyers, you will play a pivotal role in the home buying process.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, a creative eye for capturing information, and a desire to set their own priorities.

Your responsibilities will include property documentation, photography, and post-closing checks, making you an integral part of clients' journey toward their dream home.

Compensation:

$60,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive to properties and create eyeguides, capturing essential details through photography.
Conduct vacancy checks after property closings to ensure the seller has vacated.
Secure properties by locking up after checks.
Maintain a clean driving record and utilize a companyprovided car and gas card.
Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, being friendly, patient, and understanding.
Manage your own priorities and work with the freedom to take ownership of your tasks.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
