We are looking for a Regional Head of Lean for one of our clients, an international machinery manufacturer, responsible for coordinating Lean activities for 3 locations in North Rhine-Westphalia. The company is one of the leading companies in its field and offers excellent growth opportunities towards leadership. The company has been engaged in Lean Management for a long time and now wants to take its production system to the next level.

The position reports to the Vice President of Manufacturing.

Your responsibilities as Regional Head of Lean (m/w/d):

  • Further development of the Lean Management system for 3 locations
  • Disciplinary management of a Lean team of 5-6 people
  • Moderation and implementation of Lean trainings and workshops
  • Coordination of communication between departments regarding Lean
  • Collaboration with internal departments
  • Maintenance of the best practice network
  • Implementation of Lean standards

Requirements for the Regional Head of Lean (m/w/d):

  • Completed technical degree (mechanical engineering or industrial engineering) or equivalent education
  • Several years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
