Sunlogix Energy is growing fast with very high goals and seeking to hire a Full-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team We are seeking a strong individual with 10+ years of Bookkeeping experience and Payroll experience along with the below key qualifications.


Responsibilities:


  • The Full Charge Bookkeeper will manage fullcycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, monthend close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, and audit
  • Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll personnel.
  • Manage Accounts Payable
  • Maintain monthly accounting close
  • Form cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc
  • Oversee our banking portals
  • Assemble sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
  • Record budget transfers
  • Prepare cash flow projections, as needed
  • Competent in credit card management and reconciliation and perform monthly account reconciliations and general ledger transactions.
  • Review and analyze monthend, quarterend, and yearend financial data
  • Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to review with the COO
  • Monitor sources and uses of cash as well as provide a balance sheet and cash flow forecasting throughout the company

Qualifications

  • Strong Quickbook experience
  • Profit Loss experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to receive criticism well
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
  • Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well
  • Selfstarter and strong ethical standards

Position Requirements:


  • 10+ years of accounting experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting practices, policies and procedures, and budgeting
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate analytical and selfmanagement skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge

Pay:
$55, $70,000.00 per year
