Mid-sized, reputable Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated _
Attorney _with 0-5 years of experience (as an attorney, law clerk or paralegal) in either first party property or bodily injury insurance defense litigation to join its
WEST PALM BEACH office.

(WORK FROM HOME TWO (2) DAYS PER WEEK AFTER 90 DAYS).

Salary:
$80,000 to $135,000 (Depending on your experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 1-5 years experience in some of these practice areas IN FLORIDA: plaintiff's personal injury, insurance defense litigation, first party property, wrongful death, car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security, medical malpractice, toxic torts, construction accidents, and/or products liability.

JOB DUTIES include working up smaller and high-value cases from initial pleadings, written discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials. Should have strong research and writing skills, including using WestLaw and Lexis. Will be expected to meet with clients, respond to demand letters, prep for court hearings, substantive motions, preparing MSJs (and responses), writing detailed legal memos, status reports to carriers, settlement negotiations, and managing all files assigned to you. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.

Pay:
