- The primary responsibility of accessory installers is to install accessories in a careful, safe, and conscientious manner, incorporating safety, customer service, and detail into every install job.
- Install car, and truck accessories which include, but are not limited to: toolboxes, grille guards, step bars, lift kits, leveling kits, horns, vent visors, trailer hitches, bed covers, bed liners, front-end replacements, and emergency lighting
- While performing these installations, the Installer should have a great work ethic, verbal communication skills, and pay great attention to detail.
- Accuracy is essential to performing this job.
- Call the Manufacturer when needed to understand how to install product.
- Treat customers cars/trucks with care and respect
- 2+ years of previous installer experience
- A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
