Job DescriptionJob Summary:
Custom Koncepts, a leading vehicle customization company in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking an Experienced Vehicle Accessory Installer to join our team on a full-time basis. This individual contributor role will be responsible for installing a wide range of vehicle accessories, including but not limited to, audio systems, lighting, suspension kits, and performance upgrades. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the automotive industry and possess strong technical skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in the automotive customization industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salary position with compensation commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
Responsibilities:
- Install various vehicle accessories, including but not limited to audio systems, lighting, suspension kits, and performance upgrades.
- Test installed components to ensure proper functionality and adjust as needed.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Follow manufacturer instructions and safety protocols to ensure quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary parts and tools are readily available.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in vehicle customization.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of vehicle electronics.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturer instructions and technical diagrams.
- Experience using automotive tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
