We are looking for:

For our office in
Ravensburg, we are seeking a
legal counsel / lawyer / attorney as branch manager (m/f/d) to support our member companies.

Your responsibilities:

Independent management and leadership of the association's office in a small team of two
Legal advice to our members in all relevant areas of the industry
Representation in court and outofcourt in labor law matters
Advocacy for the interests of the association in committees, as well as in front of authorities, chambers, and in the political environment
Maintaining contacts and cooperation with the honorary representatives of the area of responsibility
Organization and execution of annual general meetings with presentations on current topics, as well as special events
Completion of project tasks in the branch and state association area

Your profile:

Successful completion of the second state examination in law
Indepth knowledge of labor law, commercial tenancy and lease law, as well as willingness to familiarize oneself with new legal areas
Interest in the fields of activity of an employers' association and political contexts
High social competence and strong service orientation
Good presentation and rhetoric skills
