For the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln, we are looking for you to join our team as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.


Your responsibilities:

  • Patient contact and management of dermatological patients
  • Patient registration
  • Organization of appointments and clinic schedules
  • Coordination of inhouse examinations
  • Communication with internal and external partners
  • Data entry and documentation of services
  • Preparation of billing
  • Administrative tasks and office work
  • Sending and archiving medical reports and test results
  • Care and monitoring of dermatological patients
  • Independent blood draws and assistance with infusion therapies
  • Assistance with patient care (e.g. changing bandages, wound care, allergy testing)

We are looking for:

  • Completed training as a medical assistant
  • Confidence in personal and telephone contact
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German, additional language skills are a plus
  • Friendly and patientoriented mindset
  • High level of motivation, independence, and commitment
