Description
The Human Resources department is responsible for personnel work at Schwarz Dienstleistung KG. They provide comprehensive support and advice to all departments in implementing operational and strategic human resource management issues, from recruitment and onboarding of suitable employees, to their development and eventual departure. The department also develops and implements appropriate personnel processes and systems to support these activities. Additionally, they are responsible for the continuous development of the company's culture and leadership.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop a recruiting strategy that focuses on providing an optimal candidate experience and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Network with talent: Together with your department, build a network of potential candidates and support them on their life-changing journey
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for our hiring managers and advise them on the search and hiring process
  • Take ownership of your own area within the IT department: From needs analysis to the entire selection process, contract negotiations, and hiring, you act as a liaison between the IT department and our candidates
  • Utilize your expertise in various recruiting projects and advise our organization on personnel acquisition
  • Design and implement recruiting activities, select and manage external recruiting partners, and organize internal and external recruiting events and personnel marketing activities
