Currently, we are looking for you to join our multiprofessional team as a pedagogical specialist or nursing specialist (m/f/d) for one of our residential facilities in Geilenkirchen, Heinsberg or Hückelhoven with a workload of 50-100% or on a 520€ basis.

Your tasks
Your responsibilities include individual support for independence and setting realistic goals according to BEI_NRW.
The main focus of your work is providing pedagogical support within the framework of the reference care system.
We also place great importance on client- or resident-centered communication and crisis and conflict interventions according to PART.
You will take on the role of coordinating and instructing specialist for treatment care tasks.

As our clients and residents also require support on weekends and holidays, you will rotate with your colleagues in a 5-day week shift schedule.

In addition, it is possible to combine a position in the residential facility with a smaller position in supported living at the respective location.
