What to expect from us:

You will be the regional contact person for all locations and external offices of the South-East branch regarding infrastructure matters.
You will maintain contact with the Bundeswehr's contact persons.
You will collect and update data as a basis for infrastructure decisions of the branch.
You will participate in the needs and investment planning for the infrastructure area of the branch.
You will manage deficiencies, including participating in inspections of properties as part of the building needs assessment to determine the need for building maintenance.
You will be responsible for coordinating building maintenance and addressing structural deficiencies throughout the jurisdiction of the branch at the local level in close cooperation with the responsible Bundeswehr contact persons.
You will also be responsible for timely reporting on infrastructure to the branch management.
