- Profound understanding and hands-on experience with software development processes.
- Expertise in Scrum practices and artifacts, including but not limited to the definition of done, user stories, automated testing strategies, and backlog refinement techniques.

Job Summary
The scrum master's responsibilities include ensuring development teams follow scrum framework standards and agile practices, mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating obstacles that hinder the teams' progress.
The successful scrum master should have a firm grasp of agile practices the ability to effectively guide and coach development teams. Additionally, the SM should possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The SC will help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.

Physical Demands
While performing general office duties for this position, the employees to sit, stand and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, and reading, being able to lift light objects (<25lbs), and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist or stoop to open/close cabinets, and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
Work Environment
The office environment is quiet and, in a temperature, controlled setting with random adjustments in noise or temperature due to conversations, unscheduled maintenance repairs to the building or its interior offices, or unpredictable situations due to weather or other acts beyond company control. An employee must be willing to work their regularly assigned work schedule for their duties and/or job responsibilities and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on the company/department needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
