- Subject matter expert on the development team that uses agile methodologies combined with mature software practices and a technology-supported development infrastructure.
- Develop new software, adapt old software implanting new capabilities.
- Maintain cognizance of industry tools, best practices, and procedures.
- Help bridge technology gaps from new development to Ops and Maintenance.
- Clearly communicate a common vision to team members, adjacent teams, and customers.
- Train and mentor software leadership across efforts.
- Translate design requirements and workflows into working software.
- Drive software execution excellence on L3Harris' highest priority programs.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- 6+ years of experience of C++ and Web development using Agile methodology with iterative cycles.
- 2+ years of experience working in Linux.
- 2+ years of experience with DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
- 2+ years of experience gathering and reporting quality and productivity metrics.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience with a variety of scripting and software languages (i.e., C++, C, Ruby, Perl, Python, Ajax) on RTOS.
- RTOS (Real-Time Operating System) experience with VxWorks or GreenHills.
- OOA/OOD/UML experience.
- Linux kernel or Zynq experience.
- Experience with Qt framework.
- DevOps CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Scrum Master experience.
