Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various operations aboard a vessel.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise the crew on board
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members
  • Operate and navigate the vessel safely
  • Maintain and repair mechanical equipment on the vessel
  • Implement emergency procedures when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with crew members, passengers, and port authorities
  • Oversee loading and unloading operations
  • Manage inventory and supplies on board

Experience:


  • Prior experience as a Captain or in a similar leadership role
  • Mechanical knowledge to handle repairs and maintenance of equipment on board
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Familiarity with militarise procedures for security and emergency situations
  • Experience in rigging operations is a plus

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
