Patient Service Representative Position Summary

The primary function of a Patient Service Representative is to provide administrative support for the Primary and Specialty Care practices.

The PSR is responsible for greeting patients and patient check in and check out; verification and maintenance of patient insurance/financial information; patient communication with required staff; patient scheduling and medical history in the EHR system, and additional office-specific tasks as instructed.

Patient Service Representative Position Requirements

Previous physician office experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Experience with electronic health record preferred.
High School graduate or equivalent required.

Monday
Friday, Day Shift
