Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen windows.

Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems.

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Proximity Marketing associates are the first interaction with new customers.

They meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering free in-home consultations for our in-home sales Design Consultants.

Primary Responsibilities:

Travel to and from our office in Farmingdale to local neighborhoods in a company vehicle.
Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads in assigned territory.
Work independently and with a team.
Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.
Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
Report to our office daily to meet with your team.

Qualifications:

High Energy/Outgoing Personality
2+ years' experience in sales, hospitality or customer service is a PLUS, but not necessary
Attention to detail
Positive attitude through rejection
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Multitasking skills
High School diploma

Compensation and Benefits:
- $20/hr base salary + uncapped commission structure

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9am5pm November-March, 11am7pm April-October
