Engineering Mechanician (all genders)

Your main responsibilities:


  • Preparation, coordination and support for the installation, commissioning and qualification of process technology systems for the Dengue Vaccine Life-Cycle
  • Expert in setting up, converting and maintaining production systems in a 3shift operation
  • Expert in troubleshooting and support for potential modifications of production systems in collaboration with production
  • Conducting repair, maintenance and servicing work (including SAP-PM orders)
  • Integration into the production process, including documentation
  • Procurement, replacement and production of machine parts in consultation with the plant engineers and maintenance manager
  • Training of new employees on the production line
  • Continuous improvement of the process capability of machines/systems
  • Support and coordination of external trades

Your profile:


  • Completed training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician with several years of professional experience
  • Willingness to work in shifts and be on call
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office
  • Fluent in German
  • Willingness to work in a clean room environment
  • Experience in a GMPregulated pharmaceutical environment is desirable
  • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
In this position, you will report to the Maintenance Team Lead.
