  • Active leasing of our real estate portfolio, including tenant acquisition and long-term support of our well-known retail tenants
  • Conducting contract negotiations
  • Market and competition analysis, as well as creating leasing concepts while considering a lucrative industry and tenant mix
  • Expanding the network of tenants and expansion managers
  • Coordination with colleagues from other departments such as planning, construction, etc.

Your Passion for Real Estate

  • Commercial training (e.g. as a real estate clerk) or comparable studies (e.g. business administration, real estate management), preferably also a degree in law/legal studies
  • Professional experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Negotiation skills and a hands-on mentality
