- Providing service to our appreciative clients by providing essential daily support by assisting with their varying degrees of care needs including ADL assistance, meal preparation, housekeeping duties, transportation, companionship, and safety & security.
- Receiving above average wages ($16-$20/hr) in the home care field.
- Receiving support from a dedicated office staff to assist you and your client as needed.
- Receiving incentives for referring like-minded caregivers that are also reliable, dependable & flexible.
- Receiving training resources to continually educate yourself as a caregiver and advance your skill level in order for caregivers to accept referrals to a wider range of clients with higher degrees of care needs.

By Your Side Home Care has been providing quality, in-home care since 1994. Our mission is to refer highly skilled, dedicated, compassionate, dependable caregivers, to families so they remain safe and independent in their own homes.
We are currently seeking caregivers for short shifts (2-4 hrs) weekend days, evenings & overnights, and on call situations where coverage is needed for call-offs, vacations, or open shifts that have not been covered by the regular caregivers on a particular case.
Must be motivated to help others, be responsible, dependable and work independently. Successful caregivers take charge over their schedule and always put the needs and well-being of their client first. They develop positive and lasting relationships through dedication to serving client's physical and emotional needs.
