Inova Cornwall Campus - Freestanding Emergency Department - Seeking an experienced ED Nurse - Full Time - 3-12s; days vary (7a-7p); EO Weekend requirement.

This role is eligible for sign on bonus and relocation assistance.

45:1 patient to nurse ratio

As an Inova Nurse you will:

Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
Conduct all patient care in a patient and familycentered manner.
Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

Requirements:

Requires a minimum of twelve months of Registered Nurse clinical experience

BSN from an accredited school of nursing.

If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 24 months of start date.
RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required CEN/ACLS certification desired. Proficient in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required.
