Join our team at the Department of Corrections!
Role Overview:
Work independently to provide expert care to end stage renal disease patients with complex medical and psychiatric needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
Consult with nursing staff and other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care for patients with multiple medical and psychiatric issues.
Develop and implement care plans to address the learning needs of patients, staff, and families related to end stage renal disease.
Compensation:
Salary ranges from $38.62 to $53.39 per hour. Morning shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Requirements:
Applicants must have experience in hemodialysis and hold an active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin or a reciprocating state.
