Description
Melrose SBES (Schwarz Procurement) enables the supply of products and services for the internal needs of companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes items such as furnishings, machinery and technical equipment, marketing services, modern IT equipment, and office furnishings. SBES defines the procurement process, negotiates services, prices, and contracts, and supports projects implemented in the retail divisions, logistics and production sites, as well as administrative locations. At the same time, it serves as the interface to the suppliers of the Schwarz Group companies.

Your Responsibilities


  • You are the first point of contact for our countries
  • You are the communicative and service-oriented link between the countries and the refrigeration department of Schwarz Procurement
  • You support and advise the national organizations of Lidl and Kaufland in all refrigeration-related projects (technical, commercial, organizational)
  • You review the performance of suppliers on site and ensure quality goals in the countries
  • You shape and optimize processes within the department and in the countries
  • You work with analyses and key figures to continuously optimize prices and processes for your products and services and identify potential for improvement
  • You are responsible for creating various reports and presentations for our management
  • You support the interface departments within the Schwarz Group (e.g. Kaufland and Lidl) on procurement-related topics in the field of refriger
