Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Inspector to join our team. The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet quality standards and comply with specifications.

  • The Construction Inspector must have a minimum of a B.S or B.A degree and/or Registered Architect or NYS Professional Engineer License in Construction Technology/Construction Management or Architecture/Engineering.
- minimum of five (5) years' experience in construction specialized in interior building fit outs, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire alarms and a minimum of three (3) years New York City Agency experience

  • Shall possess a bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Buildings (Residential or Commercial) Inspection.
  • Experience in Concrete, Steel and Timber
  • Field checks placement, location and quality of civil/structural finishes, building structure components
  • Perform civil/structural inspections and material inspections
  • Ensure compliance of civil/structural l works to design requirements, specifications and project plan.
  • Handle team of workers to make sure deliver service up to the standard

Pay:
$ $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • MEP or
Interior Inspection: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • Professional Engineer (preferred)
  • ACI Certification (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
