    Overview

    Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist (Ortho/Oncology) in Oklahoma City

Our outpatient center in Midtown is seeking a full-time PT to our team We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life and the things they love. Caseload will be primarily ortho with some oncology, with the opportunity to expand oncology caseload as part of our growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. New graduates or experienced clinicians are welcome to apply

    For individuals interested in cancer rehab, seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Our work environment offers a great opportunity to provide quality care to our patients and grow with the nation's leader in outpatient physical therapy. Caseload will be mostly orthopedics with some oncology. Opportunity to grow oncology caseload.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday

    Compensation: Salaried, commensurate with experience PLUS bonus and/or student debt benefit program

An overwhelming majority of people affected by cancer do not receive treatment for functional impairments.     Responsibilities

  • Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
  • Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
  • Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
  • Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

    • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
  • Current State Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients

  • Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
