    Job Description:
    Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.


    Physical Therapist Contract Details:
    - $1,520 - $1,685 per week

    • 13week contract with possibility of extension
    • Skilled Nursing Facility
    • Responsible for the overall daytoday operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
    • Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
    • Travel pay packages, including housing and meals allowance, are available

    Requirements:

    • Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Oklahoma
    • American Heart Association BLS
    • At least 1year of experience as a Physical Therapist
    • Prior experience in an SNF preferred

    Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law.

    For this type of employment, Kentucky state law requires a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
