Job Title:
Low Voltage Project Manager

This is a full-time, exempt, salary position.

Location - Circle's corporate office - Butler, WI.


Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Estimation and Initiation: Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures, track project costs, and make adjustments as needed to maintain financial targets.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during project execution. Monitor risk factors and take proactive measures to ensure project success.

Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control standards, ensuring that all low voltage electrical systems adhere to industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.

Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Communicate project status and potential delays to stakeholders in a transparent and timely manner.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records. Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible to necessary team members.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with local, state, and national codes, regulations, and standards related to low voltage electrical systems. Ensure that all projects are in compliance with these requirements.

Business Development: Find new areas of opportunity for the Low Voltage department to grow both through concerted efforts and organically through positive interactions with current customers

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Uphold and embody Circle's core values: Safety, Excellence, Respect, Relationships
  • Selfmotivated, goal oriented, and quality driven capable of working independently with a high level of professionalism
  • 5+ years of low voltage field experience
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in low voltage electrical systems or related fields
  • A strong understanding of low voltage electrical systems, components, and technologies
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Good eyesight and handeye coordination for accurate data entry and reading of project plans and specifications.
  • Good hearing for effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of materials, such as project documents, plans, and equipment.
