    We are looking for an Administrative Assistant Receptionist

    This employee will be charged with assisting in the development of prospects and converting them to customers. This individual is expected to be organized with professional conduct, appearance, communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Assisting in the sales and customer contact processes and actively participating in sales, meeting customers, demonstrating, and providing next steps for our customers, furthering the sales.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:


    •Make certain that the Model Home and/or Design Center is open and staffed during the assistant's scheduled day. Open and ready for
    customers at least 10 minutes prior to opening hours and closed no earlier than 5 minutes past closing hours.

    • Assistants shall ensure at all times, through visual inspection, that the models/design center is clean and that all furnishings, accessories, and equipment are in good condition for prospective customers to view. Assist in completing a model home condition checklist sheet weekly.

    • Understands and promotes the principles of the Customer Experience and recognizes that a "Wow" experience often requires a "shocking level of communication", a "shocking level of information" and a "shocking level of exceeded expectations".

    • Exemplify and communicate the customer-centric "Experience" projecting a positive and well-thought-out attitude to all customers and employee interactions through all forms of communication (written, verbal, non-verbal (body language) and appearance).

    • Exemplify these touch points and tasks as outlined by our Experience Ambassador.

    • Manages personal prospect list and follow-up activity schedule via our Lasso CRM. Effectively using notes, texts, telephone calls, BombBomb Videos, and e-mail and mass mail communications.

    • Registers all guests, including notations of returning guests, and utilizes the Lasso CRM per company policies.

    • Assist their supervisor in managing their database as well and in some instances assist in communication with prospects and customers of

    • Assists in maintaining the Marks System properly and coordinates special pricing requests to the Division Manager.

    • Attends weekly Sales Huddles. The most important regular agenda items are sales training and sharing of best practices.

    WHAT YOU OFFER - PREREQUISITES FOR SUCCESS:

    • Technical construction and product knowledge to understand product benefits and features, to price special construction options and to understand terminology to assist in communication of field service problems.

    • People skills to articulately and professionally handle communication with prospects, customers, employees, and vendors.

    • Ability to exemplify and follow the Customer Experience processes.

    • Organizational aptitude to manage the pre-construction job package routing and processing. Detail orientation to ensure the accuracy of all sales contracts and prospect worksheets.

    • Computer aptitude and willingness to learn to track prospect activity lists and to communicate via letters, etc..

    • Must have an understanding and willingness to comply with the prospect follow-up system to ensure efficient and timely sales goals are reached.

    ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURES:
    1. Number of DHA Interactions and nurturing thus resulting in a sale.
    2. Accuracy of traffic units registered.
    3. Number of follow-up appointments scheduled during the period.
    4. Organization of Office and Reception Area.
    5. Tours Completed.
