- Manage and oversee all aspects of the automotive parts department.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise parts sales staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Reconcile daily parts invoices
- Track the daily gross sales of parts department
- Reconcile and report shortages and/or damage
- Reconcile parts/warranty return reports
- Previous experience in automotive parts management, preferably with Ford products.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including familiarity with Ford products.
- Assertive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
