Description

Crown Dental has an exciting opportunity to join us as a Client Technology Specialist. As a new hire for this position you will participate in meaningful work, along with making contributions to team efforts in our fast paced, people first corporate environment. This position will be a hybrid position working both remotely and on site at our corporate office located in Irvine, CA.

Essential Functions

Provides training and information on the software offerings of the company in response to customer needs and inquiries
Maintains accurate software documentation and provide customers with new information for the software products
Maintains technical expertise and proficiency with all related and relevant software and computer systems.
Communicates professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Follows established department and company processes and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Strong technical acumen including proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Effective problemsolving skills, especially around technical matters
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment with rapidly changing priorities
