Assistant to the Facility Manager

The Diakonisches Werk Wolfsburg gemeinnützige GmbH is a successful provider of facilities for the elderly and youth as well as various social services.

We are currently seeking an assistant to the facility manager for our St. Marien Senior Center in Wolfsburg. As an assistant, you will gain comprehensive insights into strategic company processes and projects, preparing you for future leadership roles in elderly care within two years.
Your responsibilities

You will support the facility manager in all matters related to managing a senior home:
Together with the facility manager, you will develop the facility in light of changing conditions such as new nursing perspectives or legal requirements.
Monitoring occupancy in the facility and participating in the creation of the annual budget are part of your responsibilities.
You will be responsible for managing, planning, and organizing projects and subprojects, as well as achieving project goals.
Handling and optimizing complaint management is also part of your work.
Coordinating and collaborating with authorities, external partners, and other relevant departments such as controlling, personnel, and billing is also part of your job.

Your qualifications and requirements

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health and Nursing Management or a comparable field of study.
Previous experience in project management or as an assistant (to a facility manager) is desirable.
You are organized, dedicated, and have excellent moderation and communication
