- New Agreement Business Development/Target Development Account: Identify and pursue new agreement opportunities from a list of target accounts.
- Renewal of Agreements: Take charge of renewing assigned accounts to ensure customer retention.
- CRM Funnel Management: Effectively manage and maintain sales funnel and cases in CRM on a daily basis.
- Expectations to meet monthly minimum sales quotas and CRM funnel size.
- Assist in other customer relations or collection efforts. Support customer collection issues and other aspects of customer relationship management as needed.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Company Vehicle: Service Sales Representatives receive a company vehicle for both business and personal use after successfully passing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Principal Responsibilities:
Education: While a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred, equivalent experience and training will also be considered in place of a formal degree.
Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in service-related sales is preferred, along with leadership experience, a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, proficiency in meeting monthly sales quotas, and familiarity with CRM. Previous experience with cranes is advantageous.
Other Requirements: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficient PC skills.
