Description

In order to continue our successful course in the coming years, we are currently looking for a
Commercial Assistant in Sales (m/f/d)
for our company headquarters in Braunschweig.

Your tasks

Supporting the sales team in daily operations
Handling back office tasks
Assisting sales representatives in recording and processing customer orders
Managing the complaint process and reminders
Assisting with customer communication in after-sales

Your qualifications

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
Quick comprehension and a goal-oriented and independent way of working
Resilience and flexibility
Proficiency in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
Good knowledge of English is desirable
