The Registered Dietitian collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff for all aspects of dietetics services delivery and program development.

The individual in this position provides dietetics services to members which includes counseling, nutritional assessments and prescriptions, and evaluation of nutrition-related lab parameters.

This individual serves as a member of an interdisciplinary team to improve member results and maximize health outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Biograph clinicians to develop individual care plans based on member evaluations and diagnostic test results
  • Lead Biograph's Dietetics Program by working with crossfunctional teams to develop:
  • Resources for members, including articles and condition-specific protocols
  • Guidelines for different nutrition pathways and offerings
  • Research wearables and other technologies to incorporate into nutrition plans
  • Supervision of contract Registered Dietitians
  • Support members in making nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve their physical and mental wellbeing
  • Be an accountability partner, helping members to create realistic action steps and assisting them to attain their goals
  • Monitor member progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate, in collaboration with Biograph clinicians
  • Incorporate cuttingedge wearables and technologies into nutritional counseling
  • Provide recommendations for dietary supplements that support member treatment plan
  • Review intake forms, questionnaires, test results, and explain implications in a comprehensible manner
  • Generate custom reports for members to coincide with virtual visits
  • Use online record and member portal to document member goals, and provide resources to support those goals
  • Engage in ongoing support and communication with members via Biograph portal

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience and/or training in functional nutrition/functional medicine
  • 5+ years of health coaching experience, or have coached at least 50 people
  • The following education: Registered Dietitian. Additional training/certification in health coaching (IFM, IIN or similar) is desirable


  • Tech skills

  • You need to be comfortable using web tools and learning new platforms like our electronic medical record system.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and succeed in a fastpaced startup environment

Compensation
- $75,000 - $100,000 annually
