Description

About CFF
The California Farmworker Foundation (CFF) is a state-wide non-profit 501(C)(3) organization serving over 90,000 farmworkers.

CFF's mission is to serve and support California farmworkers by providing programs and services to better their quality of life.

Our purpose stands to believe in helping farmworkers become leaders and empower individuals to advocate for themselves and their communities.

A group of agriculturalists developed the foundation to provide concrete solutions for many community-wide issues, such as healthcare, housing, and food insecurity.

CFF continues to invest in farmworkers via data-driven initiatives, which allows the foundation to create programs for farmworkers. Promoting education, workforce development, health and wellness continues to be one of our leading efforts in farm-working communities.
