Description

• Responsible for planning, documenting, and completing projects with guidance from project managers and estimating department
• Manage painting crews and coordinate material deliveries from vendors and warehouse
• Ensure crews are meeting production goals
• Oversee accurate daily reporting of hours, paperwork, equipment & material usage
• Establish and maintain communication with general contractors, superintendents, operations & project managers during jobs progress
• Mentor and develop foremen, and identify our next generation of leaders

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Proven experience in commercial painting, minimum 23 years
• Able to direct crews with clear & concise direction, build, lead and assess according to classifications and career path
• Ability to read plans, locate information, specifications, and product data
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Fluent with use of technology such as Microsoft Office, tablet, cell phones, apps, etc.
• Reliable, selfmotivated, professional
• Valid Driver License & Reliable Transportation
• Able to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
