For our long-standing client, one of the largest European providers for maintenance and repair of engines, we are currently looking for a payroll accountant / administrative assistant for payroll (m/f/d) in full-time with the option for remote work.
- Timely preparation of payroll for internal employees
- Point of contact for managers and employees regarding payroll questions
- Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance providers, authorities and agencies
- Maintenance of employee master data in the ERP system
- Creation of certificates, evaluations and statistics
- Monthly and annual closing activities
- Generation and preparation of personnel costs in relation to provisions
- Completed commercial training or related experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Knowledge of company pension schemes desirable
- Solid knowledge of tax and social security law
- Ideally, knowledge of the eGecko software
- Structured, independent and careful way of working
