We're seeking an MID SHIFT FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE to join the Operations team for our best in class production facility in East Providence.

The MID Fulfillment team works consistent shift schedule: 7AM-5PM SAT-MON, 9AM-7PM FRIDAYS 4 DAY WORK WEEK

Each week at our Rhode Island production kitchen, our high-quality menu items are prepared from scratch, packaged with care, and then hand-delivered to our retail locations and growing member base across New England.

What does an Mid Fulfillment Associate at F&F do?

The core responsibilities with this position are to label and sort individual menu items and maintain inventory for packaging containers.

What does a strong applicant for this position have?

2+ years work experience, preferably in a warehouse or food service environment
Care for presentation and quality of product
A sense of ownership and pride over your workspace
A rigorous attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
A natural sense of urgency and hustle
Eagerness to learn and grow
Strong interpersonal communication skills
The ability to multitask
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Multiple times/day
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours)
Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment for 10 hour shifts
Must have reliable transportation
Desire to contribute positively to your coworkers and to the company
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Very strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude
Tech savvy is a major plus We like to integrate tech into all aspects of the business
Positive attitude; we believe a negative attitude inhibits everything about what we are trying to accomplish as a team.
