    Salary:
    $70, ,000/year

    This position allows for 1-2 days per week remote after on boarding.
    The Entry-Level Structural Engineer will work under the guidance of

    senior engineers and project managers to design and analyze concrete

    structures for various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a

    recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience

    in structural engineering and develop expertise in concrete design.
    Responsibilities


    Assist senior engineers in designing and analyzing concrete structures, including beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and retaining walls, using engineering software and calculations.

    Learn and apply structural analysis techniques, load calculations, and simulations to ensure the integrity, safety, and durability of concrete structures.

    Contribute to the preparation of engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects, following design codes, standards, and regulations.
    Collaborate with project teams, architects, and contractors to develop design solutions, review drawings, and resolve technical issues.
    Participate in site visits and inspections to observe construction progress, assess structural conditions, and support field engineering activities.

    Assist in reviewing construction documents, shop drawings, and material submittals related to concrete work, under the supervision of senior engineers.

    Learn and apply project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients and stakeholders.

    Stay updated with industry trends, advances in concrete technology, and best practices in structural engineering through continuous learning and professional development.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
    Around 1 year of relevant internship or entry-level experience in structural engineering, with exposure to concrete design and analysis.
    Eager to learn and develop technical skills in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS,

    STAAD.Pro ) and AutoCAD/Revit for drafting and modeling.
    Basic knowledge of concrete design codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE) and an interest in seismic design principles.
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally in the field of structural engineering.
