    Salary:
    $100, ,000/year

    This position allows for 1-2 days per week remote after on boarding.
    The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing

    concrete structures for a variety of projects, including commercial

    buildings, industrial facilities, bridges, and infrastructure. The ideal

    candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering

    principles, concrete design, and project management.
    Responsibilities

    Design and analyze concrete structures, including beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and retaining walls, using engineering software and calculations.
    Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and simulations to ensure the integrity, safety, and durability of concrete structures.
    Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects, incorporating design codes, standards, and regulations.
    Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions and resolve technical issues.

    Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing structures, provide recommendations for repairs or modifications, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

    Review and approve construction documents, shop drawings, and material submittals related to concrete work.
    Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
    Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers, drafters, and project teams throughout the design and construction phases.
    Stay updated with industry trends, advances in concrete technology, and best practices in structural engineering.
    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete design for buildings and infrastructure projects.

    Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS,

    STAAD.Pro ) and AutoCAD/Revit for drafting and modeling.
    Strong knowledge of concrete design codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE) and seismic design principles.
    Experience with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.
    Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
