The Project Administrator will provide critical support in the areas of project management, documentation, and coordination across a range of Systems Engineering Technical Support services within the Air National Guard (ANG) enterprise network.

This role demands a highly organized and dynamic individual capable of managing multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to support the ANG and Air Force (AF) strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Document current processes or procedures for recurrent daytoday tasks and recommend and implement Process Improvement (PI) with government concurrence.
  • Coordinate project task development and completion for ANG projects, including technical oversight of AF Lifecycle Management Center (AF LCMC) developed projects.
  • Provide technical support in Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to support requirement development and planning.
  • Develop, write, update, revise, and maintain program management and project officer plans, IPT plans, and strategies for market research concerning IT component procurement.
  • Conduct IPT documentation analyses to ensure consistency, correctness, clarity, and comprehensiveness of documents supporting the Agency.
  • Coordinate and staff tasks for the approval of IPT documentation, initiatives, and events.
  • Develop and deliver Risk Analysis/Technical Reports within specified timelines, including project scope, risk analysis methodology, and mitigation recommendations.
  • Provide engineering support services for Industry and Vendor presentations at ANGRC.
  • Provide Technical, Administrative, Engineering, and Integration support for shortterm duration projects, coordinating with ANG agencies and Project Stakeholders.
  • Interpret and compose complex correspondences and presentations, including charts and diagrams, to support DoD Enterprise infrastructure and projects.
  • Accountable for financial budgeting, tracking project KPIs, and infrastructure IT goals.
  • Resolve administrative issues/problems and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of multiple, simultaneous, independent events and projects.
  • Prepare and deliver quality presentations and briefings as required by the Task Order.
