The Workday DAE team is looking to hire a Digital Account Executive focused on selling add-on products to the Office of the CFO and CHRO.


One of Workday's primary goals is to continue the growth of the company as an innovative and significant provider of enterprise-class software solutions.

Workday is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive to sell into our enterprise customer base segment.

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join the team.

Responsibilities and Duties- Source and close Workday add-on deals- Manage full sales cycles- Own revenue number- Work successfully with aligned Enterprise Field Account Executive and RSD- Constantly fill the pipeline with new deals- Deal development & qualification- Cold calling and cultivation of existing leads- Articulate the Workday value proposition to mid and C-level decision-makers

About You


Basic Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with HCM and/or ERP technology
  • Preferred 1+ year in a sales closing role with successful history of relationship building, deal negotiations and territory planning
  • Preferred 2+ years inside or outside sales experience, ideally in enterprise software

Other Qualifications:

  • Consistent overachievement of quota
  • Technically adept, selfmotivated, and driven by results
  • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and align with our culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

$68,000 USD - $102,100 USD

Additional US Location(s)

Base Pay Range:
$61,600 USD - $110,200 USD
